DESCRIPTION:\nAbout this event\nThis Feminist Therapy Network Community Con
 versations Series is an online\, peer-led space for UK-based feminist / fe
 minist curious therapists to share experiences\, struggles\, dilemmas and 
 think collectively on a themed topic.\nThe Trainee Experience: supporting 
 politically engaged trainees\nFriday 25th April 2025\, 3-4pm\n\nWith so ma
 ny of us\, feeling at odds with our trainings\, how might we cultivate con
 versations and cultures of care for feminist-oriented trainees? Trainees w

  as part of our therapeutic practice? What dilemmas or questions do you co
 me up against in your efforts to do so?\nFTN Membership or FTN Community B
 uilding?: commitments and involvements\nDoes the FTN stay as a grassroots 
 community\, or move into being a membership body? What non-financial commi
 tments might membership ask for?\nFeminist Therapy and Private Practice: e
 mbodying values\nIs private practice and feminism oxymoronic? Can we embod
 y feminist values and ethics whilst maintaining a privatised system of the
 rapeutic practice?\n\nIs there a theme or dilemma you would like to explor

 ersations. Whilst there will be a Zoom host holding space\, these groups s
 hare collective responsibility for bringing questions and supporting each 
 others’ dilemmas and inquiries.\nWho are these conversations for?\nFemin
 ist\, or feminist-curious UK-based therapists\, that are trying to integra
 te feminist praxes into their therapeutic work.\nWhat ethos is informing t
 hese conversations?\nThese events will held within the Feminist Therapy Ne
 twork’s ethos. Please read this and check you are in accordance with it
