DESCRIPTION:\n\nOnline\, peer-led space for UK-based feminist / feminist cu
 rious therapists to share experiences\, struggles\, dilemmas and think col
 lectively\n\n**About this event:**\n\nThe Feminist Therapy Network Communi
 ty Conversations Series is an online\, peer-led space for UK-based feminis
 t / feminist curious therapists to share experiences\, struggles\, dilemma
 s and think collectively on a themed topic.\n\nThe conversations are a wel
 coming and informal way to connect with like-minded folks and collectively
  explore feminist topics in relation to our therapeutic practices. Each co
 nversation is 75 minutes long.\n\n**Upcoming Conversations:**\n\nDual Rela
 tionships: navigating showing up in community alongside clients\n\nTuesday
  21st October at 6pm UK time\n\nTherapists active in their communities are
  more likely to experience dual relationships\, overlapping with clients i
 n other contexts. This conversation invites reflections on how to approach
  both upholding and subverting notions such as ‘boundaries’ and ‘pro
 fessionalism’ in order to consider arising dual relationships collaborat
 ively\, reflexively and with care.\n\nReclaiming a Feminist Therapeutics\n
 \nThursday 27th November at 7pm UK time\n\nHow can we take up Judith Butle
 r’s call for feminism to be reclaimed from those that are co-opting femi
 nism to oppress and marginalise others? By extension\, what are the challe
 nges in trying to re-conceptualise and reclaim a feminist therapy for curr
 ent times? Bring your rage\, discomfort\, frustration and creative ideas!\

 nStatutory Regulation: is this compatible with a feminist ethics?\n\nBeing

 nversation hosts!**\n\nTo host a conversation\, you just need a Zoom accou
 nt that can host groups. You don’t need any particular experience to hos
